Ryan Volna-Rich, Production Manager

Ryan joins Ten Thousand Things with a passion for telling world-class stories. Ryan started his career as a freelance theatre technician in the Twin Cities and Rhode Island before spending six years at the Guthrie Theater as a Stagehand. At the Guthrie he worked on over 30 shows, supporting theatre artists telling stories to thousands of audience members every week. Most recently, Ryan was the Production Manager for the Department of Theatre & Dance at Hamline University where he mentored and supported students.

Throughout his career, Ryan has made an effort to highlight and support the work of others. He is excited to bring this passion and his skills to work at Ten Thousand Things, helping to support the world-class story tellers as they captivate audiences. When he’s not working at TTT, Ryan can be found with his partner Chloe lounging in a hammock, or playing Dungeons & Dragons.
