Because theater is richer when EVERYONE is in the audience.

Statement from Ten Thousand Things

In light of recent events in our Twin Cities theater community, we at Ten Thousand Things would like to share a few words:

The abuses that occurred in the early days of Children’s Theatre Company are a deeply painful chapter in the history of our community. Our hearts are with the survivors and their quest for healing and justice. We are in conversation with artists and artistic leaders in our community, recognizing that this is an issue that impacts us all. We believe strongly in listening to those who are most directly impacted and are choosing to communicate in person about the complexities of the current moment. Like our colleagues, we are eager to participate in constructive ways to heal and to ensure abuse has no place in our Twin Cities theater community.
