 After the Show

What the Critics & Audiences Said

"This playful production feels both timely and timeless" —Pioneer Press

"This theater group is the crown jewel in a community of fantastic theater companies. And this show is possibly the best thing I've ever seen you do in many, many years of going to your shows. If I were a rich man, I'd give you a million bucks" —Gene at Augsburg College

"Fiddler was amazing!! So moving, deeply, terribly moving, and joyous and celebratory. I'm so so glad I got to see it. It really fed me." —Annie at Harmony Learning Center

"Fiddler was an absolute joy. I am so thankful that Ten Thousand Things exist and brings this joy to underserved communities as well as to those who already know the thrill of live theater. It also occurs to me that the chuppah is an apt metaphor for TTT - a home with four open sides where all are welcome. Mazel tov!" —Cindy at Open Book

"It never fails. Whenever I go to see a Ten Thousand Things show, the storytelling is so clear it's as if I'm truly seeing it for the first time, even if it's a piece I've seen one or many times before." —Cherry and Spoon

"We NEED these stories. We need to hear our own stories and we also need to hear other's cultural stories, this is how we learn. Learn empaty and learn from each other. I'm so glad we braved the rain." —Client at Minneapolis American Indian Center

"This is one of the most impressive shows I have ever seen. The cast was fantastic in every case. The show was a perfect pick for these times. Can't thank you enough for bringing this quality of work into our city. Into our lives." —Paula at Open Book

"I don't have the words to tell you how wonderful Fiddler was: moving, funny, entertaining, warm-hearted and heart rending. All that and so much more. We thank you and each one of the incredible actors." —Margaret at Open Book

"Another barebones masterpiece from TTT." —howastheshow.com

"It was a fantastic show! I laughed so hard and was deeply moved by the intensely beautiful human reactions. Thank you so much for the opportunity!" —Resident at St Paul's Home Apartments

"Our whole history as a country is based on immigrants. And how meaningful to see the show with so many immigrants in the audience." —Resident at Skyline Tower

"I'm always reminded of how wonderful a story intimately told is when I see 10,000 things - how delightful and rich and stripped clean as it were - and yesterday was no exception. It was truly a deeply moving and immensely nourishing afternoon" —Ben at Augsburg College
